1. Educational Tool — Not Medical Advice
MYCAPACITI by Stitchverse is designed to support self-awareness of nervous system capacity and daily biological energy management. Calibration scores, state-dependent protocols, and Nervous System Debt indicators are self-reported metrics intended to help users recognize patterns in their own subjective performance capacity.
No output from MYCAPACITI constitutes a clinical assessment, diagnosis, or treatment recommendation.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using MYCAPACITI, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the service.
Stitchverse reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the application interface. Continued use after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. Description of Service
MYCAPACITI provides a browser-based biological operating system for daily capacity calibration. The service includes: a 5-sensor morning calibration protocol, state-dependent operational modes, regulation and recovery protocols, a system ledger (biological equity tracking), and optional soundscapes. Core features are provided free of charge under the Free-Core OS tier.
Pro (Accountable OS) features, including hardware-integrated biometric data and advanced accountability protocols, are listed as "Coming Soon" and will be subject to separate terms upon launch.
4. Use of the Service
You may use MYCAPACITI solely for your own personal, non-commercial capacity self-monitoring. You agree not to:
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary logic from the application
• Use the service to provide capacity assessments for third parties in a clinical or commercial context
• Distribute, resell, or license any component of the MYCAPACITI system
• Attempt to circumvent authentication, consent gates, or data governance mechanisms
5. Biological Performance Data
All Biological Performance Data you enter into MYCAPACITI is stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage on your own device. Stitchverse does not maintain a central database of your capacity scores, nervous system metrics, or calibration history.
Your biological data is processed solely to deliver the calibration, ledger, and regulation features of MYCAPACITI. It is never sold, licensed, or transmitted to third parties for advertising, insurance, employment, or any commercial purpose.
You retain full ownership of your data and may delete it at any time via the System Purge function or by clearing your browser's localStorage.
6. Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. MYCAPACITI credentials are stored locally on your device and are not recoverable by Stitchverse in the event of loss. Stitchverse is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your login information.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stitchverse and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of MYCAPACITI, including but not limited to: decisions made based on capacity scores; outcomes of regulation protocols; or reliance on any content within the application.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. For users in the European Economic Area, your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) remain fully intact and are detailed in our Privacy Policy.
